Relevant subjects such as the optimal use of traditional and alternative sources of energy and protein, intestinal health and integrity as nutrient utilization mechanisms, utilization of nutritional and non-nutritional additives that assure quality of meat, milk and eggs, the use of direct-fed microorganisms as a source of health and improvement of intestinal environment, will be the discussion topics - among others - during this event that is getting better year after year.°

We hope that the participation of our invited speakers and of the paper speakers from all over Latin America, will enhance discussion of ideas in a freedom of speech and scientific rigor atmosphere.
